![]() To the site server and /showall to view any failures but it worked fine, I then checked event logs for anything relating to her account or replication failures but nothing came up. I then produced a report of all PC's she has logged onto in the past thinking there may still be an active session which is registering her as having a expired account and there was a handful but none had any current active sessions. I told her to try several other PCs at her site but still no luck, I also tried with her account on several PC's at her site and none would let her login and the message is exactly the same "The user's account has expired.". ![]() I then tried to login from my site (head office which is a different logon server) and IT WORKS with ![]() I didn't believe it at first so I shadowed her and sure enough whilst she attempted to login the same issue occurred. I have a user who had her account set to expire on the 1st of October, this has been extended to 1st of November due to an extension request however it appears regardless of the change I made on her account in AD she is unable to login to PC's at her site So I have been working endless hours on this single user issue which has apparently occurred before at a different site in our department.
